Factory Management
The factory manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing all manufacturing and maintenance operations, ensuring the effective use of workforce, equipment, facilities, and materials to achieve the objectives of each factory. This also includes ensuring product standards by implementing manufacturing strategies, utilizing automation and modern technologies, and training workers on their use. Additionally, the manager contributes to the continuous improvement of products to serve the interests and goals of the group.
Al-Jabali Industrial includes factories for agricultural covers, polystyrene, agricultural irrigation pipes, and plastic boxes.
